Customer Service Rep (Manufacturing company| $20/hourly | FT - day| Temp-to-hire| Reno

  • Confers with customers by phone or in person and receives orders and requests for information.
  • Enters data into computer for processing orders and information requests.
  • Informs customer of unit prices, order total, shipping date, anticipated delays, shipping charges, and any additional information needed by the customer.
  • Informs customer of payment policies and ascertains credit status of customer and payment method when processing orders.
  • Confers with production, sales, shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
  • Answers routine questions from customers regarding product information. 
  • Refers calls for technical assistance to technical personnel.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as a customer service representative, preferably in a sales-oriented environment, is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have accurate data entry skills
  • A pleasant phone manner and out-going personality are essential
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Must be familiar with database/order processing software systems.
  • SAP is a plus.

Front desk Coordinator | $18-$19/hourly | FT| Temp-to-hire| Reno

Operates as primary front desk clerical, greet, and manage front desk operations.

  • Receives, screens, and routes all calls, receives and relays messages through voice mail, instant messaging, e-mail, intercom, paging system. Handwritten messages should be used only as a last option.
  • Maintains coverage at front counter at all times or requests relief from co-worker as necessary.
  • Processes incoming mail and distributes to staff
  • Works with the Membership Department to maintain member records in the membership database, including but not limited to, updating of license expiration dates, inactive statuses, and list maker reports.
  • Types correspondence and reports as required by management.
  • Performs other tasks as requested by management.
  • Must have administration experience Minimum 1 year.
  • Strong Microsoft office
  • Excellent customer service skills

Marketing Associate  | $20-21/hourly | PT| Temp-to-hire

 This client is located in Reno  and is seeking a background in marketing. Part-time. 25-30 hours a week. Flexible schedule

  • Maintain all aspects of website management including but not limited to maintaining current information, news, documents, and links.
  • Works with staff liaisons to ensure committee minutes, agendas and other committee information are current.
  • Maintain consistent branding through all marketing pieces
  • Design and produce flyers for education, political affairs, events, and all other aspects of promotional material
  • Ability to create and edit video
  • Independently write and/or research articles for newsletter as necessary.
  • Maintain all social media channels 

Medical Assistant | $16-$22/hourly | Temp-to-hire|Reno

This position needs someone that is well-rounded, that can focus on administrative duties but can also step in and assist medically or be willing to train on how to do so. This person will perform a range of duties including taking preliminary medical history to assisting in the care management of our clients.

The central goal is to provide patience with outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company. The successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people skills. They should have a talent for multi-tasking with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Admin Assistant | $22-$24+/hourly | Direct Hire |Reno| PT or FT

This position is in South Reno. The client is looking for someone that has great customer service skills, self-motivated, and communicative. Head Office for a few hours during the week, and work from wherever suits you best on the weekend.

We are not looking for a complete package of expertise in any field. By listening to customers first and working together with fellow team members, you should have the hunger to take risks and responsibility to take on intriguing problems. What is driving changes in customer experience? How should we improve different details on our website? What new product categories should we go into?

  • Completing follow-up documentation after each Customer ticket.
  • Fulfilling orders as they come through in our Inventory Management System, Amazon & Shopify.

Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper | $55k/yearly | Direct Hire | Reno| Must have worked in a CPA firm

The duties of the bookkeeper include maintaining key accounting records via entering data, processing transactions, billing and tracking debits, paying invoices, and maintaining and monitoring financial records, including bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and loss statements. Experience in a CPA firm is a requirement for this position. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like QuickBooks, MS Excel and office equipment.

LOA Coordinator: You will be handling all LOA’S, FMLA’S for the company and aiding the compensation and benefits manager.

  • FT – Temporary - Day shift - Onsite
  • Pay: $25 an hour
  • Location: USA PARKWAY
  • Advises and informs employees of changes and developments related to benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions
  • Ensures the highest level of customer service to employees and provides responsive support throughout the LOA process.
  • Maintains accurate records and reporting of employee leaves in full legal compliance.
  • Must 1+ years of Leave Administration experience needed
  • Strong Customer Service
  • strong communications skills, and Microsoft office.
  • Other Admin duties as assigned

HR Admin: This position provides support to the overall HR department overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management.

  • FT – Temp to possible hire - Day shift - Onsite
  • Pay: $20-$22 an hour
  • Location: USA PARKWAY
  • Manage and maintain personnel and benefits files
  • Support the office with onboarding, new staff orientation, staff recognition and celebrations, employee relations, and implementation of the office and its action plan
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier and service provider records
  • Coordinate the allocation of workspaces and support related employee lifecycle needs such as building access, badges etc. .
  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills while exercising professional judgement
  • Other Admin duties as assigned

Recruiting Coordinator: You will be performing full cycle recruiting for industrial position and office positions

  • FT – Temp to possible hire - Day shift - Onsite
  • Pay: $50k-$60k an hour
  • Location: USA PARKWAY
  • Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in the applicant tracking system) Work closely with recruiting team to share new applicants and ensure follow-up with candidates and Greet candidates.
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
  • Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc
  • Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
  • Other Admin duties as assigned
