What the Business development Manager will do:

• Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow
• Manage the process from interview through offer stage
• Be responsible for 'hunting' new business opportunities and lead generation
• Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
• Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates
• Attend networking events weekly

The Business Development Manager will need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality and professional work
• 1+ years Business to Business Sales experience
• An ambitious, outgoing personality and ethical focused sales skills
• Ideal candidate has recruiting, RPO, PEO agency experience
